The Association of Old Crows (AOC) is a non-profit professional organization, similar in nature to the Institute of Engineers (IE) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Its members are dedicated professionals in the fields of Electronic Warfare (EW) and Information Operations, including scientists, engineers, technocrats, and both serving and retired armed forces personnel involved in the design, development, and manufacturing of EW systems.

Globally, the AOC has a strong presence with over 13,000 members, organized into 65 chapters in 19 countries. The organization's international headquarters is located in Alexandria, Virginia, USA.

The India Chapter of the AOC was formally established during the First International Conference on Electronic Warfare held at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, from 9–12 February 2010. Since its inception, the India Chapter has grown steadily, currently comprising over 250 individual members and two industry members. One of its key milestones was hosting the highly successful EWCI series – International Conference on Electronic Warfare in India.
