Cancellation Policy
Membership
Membership once registered cannot be canceled mid-term. No refunds are applicable.
Renewal of membership is optional at the end of the term.
Event/Conference/Workshop Registrations
Cancellations by participants must be made in writing (via email to the AOC India Secretariat).
Cancellations made 15 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to deduction of processing charges).
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for refunds.
AOC India reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event and will notify registered participants accordingly.
