Refund Policy
Membership Fees
Membership fees paid to AOC India are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they contribute to administrative, educational, and organizational purposes.
Event/Conference/Workshop Fees
In case of event cancellation by AOC India, participants will receive a full refund of registration fees within 15–30 working days.
If a participant cancels their registration within the permitted period (as mentioned in the event details), a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative charges.
Refunds will not cover travel, accommodation, or third-party costs incurred by the participant.
Events, Conferences & Workshops
Participation in events organized by AOC India is subject to registration and applicable fees.
Event schedules, speakers, and content may be modified at the discretion of the organizers.
AOC India is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or personal expenses incurred by participants.
Donation/Support Contributions
Voluntary contributions and donations to AOC India are non-refundable.
